Cancellation | Reschedule Policy

As a courtesy, reminder emails will be sent 48 and 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment. Please provide a 24-hour cancellation or reschedule notice. A $30 fee will apply to any changes made to the appointment with less than a 24-hour notice. 

No Show Policy

There will be a fee of 50% of service in the event of a no show (with the exception of full sets and new client touch-up appointments).

Reservation Fee

A reservation fee of 35% of service is required for full set lash appointments and new client lash touch ups. The reservation fee goes towards the balance of service, it is non-refundable but may be transferred to another appointment with a 24-hour notice. Any reschedule/cancellation with less than a 24-hour notice, or if there is an appointment no show, the reservation fee will not be transferred to another appointment. A new reservation will be required to schedule another appointment. Since the reservation fee is required for full sets and new client touch-ups, the cancellation fee will not apply.  

Late Arrivals

We ask that you arrive promptly to your appointment to ensure sufficient time for quality results. If you are running late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your appointment will be reduced and will end on time due to the next client appointment. You will be required to pay the full price of the service. Please note, arriving 10 minutes late subjects your appointment to be rescheduled. In this event, the cancellation/reschedule policy will come into effect.​

​Sickness or Family Emergency

If you or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. For your safety and that of staff and other clients please do not come to your appointment sick. If it is assumed you are sick, your appointment may be cut short or cancelled and rescheduled for when you are healthy again. A one-time allowance of last minute cancellation or reschedule will be permitted for sickness or family emergency. After that the cancellation and no show policy is in effect.

Other Artists' Work​

New clients with extensions must schedule a "New Client Touch Up." If you currently have eyelash extensions on from another lash artist, there is a strong likelihood that your lashes will need to be removed and put back on properly. Due to the unregulated nature of eyelash extension training, certification and state board regulations, there are a lot of lash artists that have been improperly trained and at Urban Beauty Co., our priority is your lash natural lash health and eye safety. Thus if you are coming in for a touch up from another lash artist, then you agree that your current extensions may need to be removed and a new full set will be applied at the appropriate full set price.

Prepaid Appointments

We offer the option to pay for your service appointment in advance online. Please note, that we do not offer refunds. In the event you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment (with 24-hour notice) the amount paid will be transferred to the next appointment.

Touch-Up Appointments

All touch-up appointment must have at least 50% of current lashes to be considered a fill. If you feel that you have less than 50%, please let us know so we book a longer time slot so you can get the best results. 

^Please note, if you schedule a fill at 4 weeks or more, a full set is required.

After Hours Appointments

Certain circumstances panic to squeeze in a last minute lash appointment that is outside of our normal business hours. After hours appointments may be available on a case by case basis for an additional $25 fee. Please contact us directly to schedule your after hours appointment.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on fees, services or products. If you have any concerns with a service, please let us know within 48 hours. If a fix can be made due to application, we will offer you a 30 minute complimentary touch-up. Any concerns addressed after 48 hours of your last appointment, or if the proper aftercare instructions were not followed, you will be charged at full price for the service.
