Wax FAQs

  • Long lasting smooth skin. No cuts or irritation from a razor. No dark, itchy stubble. Finer/thinner hair regrowth. Slow hair regrowth.

  • We recommend having 2-3 weeks of hair growth for your first wax. So the hair must be at least 1/4 of an inch or the length of a grain of rice. If the hair is longer, there’s no need to trim.

  • -Gently exfoliate 24 hours before your appointment to remove any dead skin cells around the hair

    -Wear loose clothing

-Limit your caffeine and alcohol intake the day of your appointment as it can stimulate the nervous system and make waxing more painful

-A pain reliever/anti-inflammatory can be taken 30 minutes prior to a waxing appointment to minimize discomfort

-No tanning or sun 72 hours before wax
